The Biden administration pressured US allies and rivals to contribute more money to feed the millions starved by East Africa’s historic drought.
During a visit to an emergency food center in dry northern Kenya on Saturday, the US Agency for International Development Administrator Samantha Power Called on China, the Gulf countries and Europe to promote donations for drought relief to the United Nations and other agencies.
