Tom Brady fumes over awkward moment over Robert Kraft massage joke at Netflix roast Tom Brady takes jab at roast master Jeff Ross and fans compare it to Will Smith’s Oscar slap: ‘Don’t say that shit again’

tom brady Voluntarily signed up for the roast, but America’s ‘Roastmaster General’ Jeff Ross took a shot to which the quarterback objected.

In NetflixIn a live production of the ‘Greatest Roast of All Time’, Ross delivered a line that referenced the time Brady introduced himself to the Patriots owner robert craft,

‘Tom became a Patriot, moved to New England, and on the first day of training camp, that skinny rookie famously walked into owner Robert Kraft’s office and said, I’m the biggest decision your organization has ever made. .. Ross jokingly said, ‘You like massages.’

This brought laughter in the room, but Brady was not impressed by the joke and walked over to Ross in the middle of the set.

‘Don’t say that again,’ Brady said, smiling, while his hand roughly covered the microphone.

The joke included a fake scenario where Brady asked Kraft if he wanted a massage.

Of course, that joke was a reference to when Craft was one of 25 people facing misdemeanor charges for soliciting prostitution at a Florida day spa in February 2019.

Kraft pleaded not guilty. The charges were later dropped in September 2019 after a Florida appeals court ruled his constitutional rights were violated.

This is because Kraft’s lawyers revealed that hidden cameras had been installed in the spa before Kraft’s visit under the guise of responding to a bomb threat.

“I am truly sorry,” Kraft said in a March 2019 statement about the matter. ‘I know that I have hurt and disappointed my family, my close friends, my coworkers, my fans, and many other people who hold me to a higher standard.

‘Throughout my life, I have always tried to do the right thing. The last thing I would ever want to do is disrespect another human being.

‘…As I move forward, I hope to continue to use the platform I’ve been blessed with to help others and try to make a change. I expect to be judged not by my words, but by my actions. And through those actions, I hope to regain your trust and respect.’

Reaction on social media appeared to be in Ross’s favor, with some saying the incident seemed like it would become a sequel to when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars.

Ross wasn’t the only person who roasted Brady. Several comedians were on stage, including Kevin Hart, Nikki Glaser and Burt Kreischer.

Many of Brady’s former teammates were the same way – like Drew Bledsoe, Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman.

Edelman also made a joke at Kraft’s expense. He said ‘I guess the next time I see you all will be at Kraft’s funeral.’

The many topics of jokes included Brady’s divorce from Gisele Bündchen, the Patriots’ multiple cheating scandals, his sexuality, and his appearance.

Kim Kardashian, who was once rumored to be dating Brady, gave a toast while roasting,

‘I know there were some rumors that Tom and I were dating and I would never say whether we dated or not, I would just release the tape,’ she said, joking about her leaked sex tape with Ray J.

‘But I know it will never work,’ she added. ‘A former athlete, high cheekbones, silky hair… now you remind me a lot of my stepfather. Part of me thinks you’d want to strip me just to wear my clothes.’

Later in the evening, after rumors that he would not come, Bill Belichick made a surprise appearance.

“I’m very honored to be here for the Roast of Tom Brady on Netflix,” Belichick joked in reference to the Apple documentary series ‘The Dynasty,’ not to be confused with the Roast of Bill Belichick on the 10-part Apple doc. Should be.’ ,

At the end of Rob Gronkowski’s set, the former Patriots tight end joked that he never drank with Brady and Belichick — before the three took a shot of wine together.
