Washington Commanders It appears that he has switched his No. 1 receiver for a new deal.
Terry McLaurin ESPN reported Tuesday that an agreement has been reached with commanders on a three-year extension worth $71 million.
The contract extension reportedly includes a signing bonus of $28 million, the highest ever for a wide receiver.
The extension leaves the 26-year-old wide receiver under contract through the 2025 season. McLaurin had abandoned the mandatory minicamp as he waited to agree a new contract extension.

Last year, McLaurin played all 17 games, caught 77 passes for 1,053 yards and five touchdowns, and made some highlight-reel catches along the way.
