Canada Post is making sure everyone that they hired extra staff as well as extra vehicles to try to get everyone’s packages out on time.
“It helps us keep up with the holiday delivery volume that makes this the busiest time of year for Canada Post employees. On more than one occasion this season, our dedicated teams across the country have already delivered more than two million parcels a day,” Canada Post said in a release.
While Christmas is fast approaching, there is still a little time to send gifts to loved ones.

If you’re an online shopper, something else to look for is an “order by” date. Many online retailers have begun announcing when shoppers must place their order if they want to receive their package in time for Christmas.
