priscilla presley challenging the validity of her late daughter’s amendment Lisa Marie Presley’s Will that removes him as a trustee and gives his grandson a large stake in the Graceland empire.

Lisa Marie removed her mother and former business manager, Barry Siegel, as co-trustees in 2016. Court petition of Priscilla’s lawyersand replaced her with her children, Riley and Benjamin Keough.

Benjamin Keough passed away in 2020Leaving actor Riley Keough, 33, as the sole trustee.

Priscilla’s petition alleges that she was not informed of the amendment to her daughter’s will until after her death. lisa marie died on January 12 at the age of 54 after being hospitalized for cardiac arrest. She was the only child of Elvis Presley.

The petition also claims that the amendment misspelled Priscilla’s name, and questions the authenticity of Lisa Marie’s signature.

“(The signature) appears inconsistent with (Lisa Marie Presley’s) normal and customary signature,” the documents said. Reported by CNN,

Other complaints in the petition allege that the amendment was not notarized, exists only as a PDF copy, and that Lisa Marie’s signature is on a blank page in the document, with no language relating to the change in trustees.

In 2005, Lisa Marie sold a majority of her ownership stake in Graceland Holdings, the parent company of Elvis Presley Enterprises. At the time of his death, he had a 15 percent stake in the company.

Lisa Marie was also the sole owner of Graceland Mansion, former home of Elvis Presley and currently a tourist attraction. The estate includes 13 acres of land, as well as Elvis Presley’s remaining personal belongings such as costumes, awards, and cars.

The exact cause of death of Lisa Marie has yet to be revealed by the Los Angeles County Coroner.
