A vehicle collision has killed two young people in Prince Edward County.

The Prince Edward County OPP was called to the accident site on County Road 23 in Ameliasburg, south of Victoria Road, at around 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police say preliminary investigation into the cause of the incident indicated that the vehicle in which the two people were traveling veered off the road before entering the ditch and rolling over.

As a result, 19-year-old Justin Crowe of Amaliasburg, who was driving, and Sarah Bradbury, 17, of Belleville, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The collision investigation is ongoing with the assistance of OPP technical collision investigators and reconstructors.
