Crime stoppers looking for man accused of stealing $40K worth of wigs and jewelry

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – Houston police and crime stoppers are hoping the public can help them nab someone accused of more than $40,000 in wig and jewelry theft.

Police released surveillance photos of a man accused of breaking into a building in the 15000 block of Westheimer on Highway 6 in September.

According to the police, he kicked the glass window to enter the building at around 2 am on September 16.

Once inside, police said he stole assorted wigs and jewelry worth more than $40,000.

Police did not give details of the suspect, but released two still photos from surveillance video of the incident.
