Group Black, a company that aims to invest in and grow Black-owned media firms, is pursuing large potential acquisitions in the digital-media space, according to people familiar with the matter.

company, co-founded last year by black entrepreneurs Travis Montek, Richelieu Dennis And bonin bough, is in talks to buy a major or majority stake in Bustle’s owner BDG Media Inc., some people said, and is figuring out how to finance a deal as both sides are in talks.
