Rakhi Sawant has responded on Raghav Chadha calling Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu ‘Rakhi Sawant of Punjab politics’. She said that her husband has also written a letter to the AAP leader.
Rakhi Sawant called AAP leader Raghav Chadha for using his name and warned him to stay away from him. Punjab AAP co-in-charge Chadha on Friday hit out at Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu and called him the ‘Rakhi Sawant of Punjab politics’. The comment has been criticized by many for being sexist.
In a short video, Rakhi warned the AAP leader, “Stay away from me and my name.” She also shared a screenshot of the series of tweets in which she said that her husband has written to Chaddha. “My husband replied to Raghav Chaddha. People used to know me alone till now. Today I have tears in my eyes saying that today I also have someone, who is standing to protect my honor. There is someone to stand for my honor, thank you my dear husband!!”
The said Twitter account, by the name of @Riteshuk1, was followed by a series of tweets. “@raghav_chadha, Mr Raghav, please treat its warning!! If you used my wife’s name again in any of your political disputes, you will face legal problems. I’ll also make sure you never win again. Because you don’t deserve that position. You are trying to malign someone’s name,” said one.

The last tweet said, “@AamAadmiParty, @ArvindKejriwal, @msisodia, please stop your MLA, otherwise if I am kud gaya (if I go) then neither you will get a seat in Punjab nor in Delhi.” The account was launched in December 2020.
Raghav Chadha, while responding to Sidhu’s attack on the Delhi government over the controversial agriculture laws passed by the Centre, wrote on Twitter, “The Rakhi Sawant-Navjot Singh Sidhu-of Punjab politics has been scolded by the Congress high command. Stop bragging about Capt. That’s why today he went after Arvind Kejriwal. Wait until tomorrow, as he will resume his stubbornness against the Capt. “
Sidhu, in his reply, compared the AAP leader to a monkey. He wrote, ‘It is said that humans are descendants of apes and monkeys, looking at your mind @raghav_chadha I believe you are still descending! You still haven’t answered my question about notifying agricultural laws by your government.”
