The arrest of an armed man outside the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh early Wednesday is a gloomy sign of hardcore times. Nicolas John Roske, 26, of California, was arrested at night wearing black. He reportedly had a suitcase, backpack, two magazines and ammunition along with a Glock 17, pepper spray, a tactical knife, hammer, screwdriver, crow bar, zip ties and duct tape.
