Atiana De La Hoya was sharing her grief on Thursday.
The budding model posted on Instagram about her grandmother Gail Moakler passing away at the age of 77 in early January.
The 23-year-old beauty – whose parents are Playboy model Shanna Moakler and boxer Oscar De La Hoya – also uploaded several images of her grandma.
‘Grief has definitely been the most bizarre out of all my life experiences,’ wrote the California native about Shanna’s mother.
‘It’s hard to want to post anything when she commented on all my posts.’

The social media star then added, ‘My grandma was the most important, loving person in my life and just the absolute most amazing human being. I’ll miss her everyday forever.’
Kourtney’s mother Kris Jenner added in the comment section three broken red heart emojis and three prayer emojis.
Atiana’s stepmother is Kourtney Kardashian – who is wed to Shanna’s ex Travis Barker.
Atiana’s siblings are Landon Barker, 18, and Alabama Barker, 16, whose birth parents are Moakler and Barker.
Barker is not the biological father of Atiana, but he helped raise her and the two remain very close.
The budding model was raised by Shanna and Travis, who are both 47, until they split up in 2006.
And it appears as if the rocker took over the parenting duties as he has said on The Kardashians that he has a room in his Calabasas, California house for Atiana.
She has stayed close to her dad Oscar, 50, as well, often appearing on his Instagram page.

In early January Shanna, a former Miss USA confirmed to People her mother’s passing.
She shared, ‘I am so thankful for all the friends and family that have reached out and sent their condolences.’
The reality star added, ‘My mother was a beautiful and kind and loving woman and she was everything that I hope to be.’
Moakler said that ‘as a mother, [Gail] was loving, kind and supportive,’ noting that ‘more than anything, she was my best friend and I will miss her every day of my life.’
She wrapped up her statement in saying, ‘I understand that this is a part of life and something that we all can actually support one another with, which is the loss of someone we love. Godspeed.’
Last May, she took to Instagram with a Mother’s Day tribute for her parent via Instagram.

Moakler in August of 2021 took to the site to wish her parents Gail and John a happy 50th anniversary.
‘Today is my mom and dads 50th wedding anniversary officially!’ she wrote. ‘Taking them to #capriccios with the family! To have a love like this love you @gailmoakler @drjohnmoakler you inspire me everyday.’
