The Ministry of Justice revealed that the Case Preparation Center has implemented more than 245,000 services aimed at improving the quality of judicial output and expediting the completion of cases.
The ministry clarified that the center employs 342 legitimate and legal researchers in addition to 800 experts registered in the Expert Forum in the fields of engineering, accounting, valuation and law.
His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samani recently inaugurated the Case Preparation Center with the aim of improving judicial services, providing a range of services that enhance the quality of judicial decisions. , and provide the human cadre with the necessary skills and legal and objective knowledge to operate the centre. It will contribute to improve the experience of the beneficiary during the litigation and petition period with specific indicators and criteria. The services provided by the center include preliminary study of case files, management of notifications and notices apart from summarizing controls. Sessions and memoranda, drafting of decisions and preparation of bankruptcy applications.
