Newly appointed Gujarat Congress President Jagdish Thakor and Leader of Opposition Sukhram Rathwa will officially take charge at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan in Paldi, Ahmedabad on Monday.
According to Gujarat Congress sources, a festive event has been planned at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan around noon to welcome Thakor and Rathwa to their new responsibilities and many of their supporters have also been invited from parts of Gujarat. All senior leaders of Gujarat Congress are expected to be present in this program.
GPCC spokesperson Manish Doshi said, “GPCC President Jagdish Thakor and LOP Sukhram Rathwa will take over on Monday under the leadership of AICC Gujarat in-charge Raghu Sharma.”
