Israel fixed new election, important role of Arab minorities in government

As Israel approaches its fifth election in less than four years, the role of Arab parties in the government has emerged as a lightning rod in the ensuing vote, possibly driving a more right turn in voters and to promote As for the fate of former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli lawmakers voted on Thursday to dissolve the parliament, known as the Knesset, and set November 1 as the date for the next election. At midnight Israel’s Foreign Minister Yair Lapid is expected to become the country’s acting prime minister under a coalition agreement. He will remain so until a new government is formed.
