The former president tweeted describing his symptoms, “I’ve had a sore throat for a few days now, but I’m feeling fine.”
‘Michelle and I are grateful to have been vaccinated and promoted, and she has tested negative. A reminder if you haven’t already been vaccinated, even if cases go down,’ Obama tweeted.
He did not mention whether his 23-year-old daughters Malia and 20-year-old Sasha were tested for the virus, but both are currently in college and possibly in school.
The diagnosis comes at a time when US cases and deaths are falling after a winter omicron Wave. This comes even as COVID restrictions are being eased in the US

He posted on Twitter Sunday afternoon describing his symptoms as mild, adding that his wife, Michelle Obama, tested negative.
