All london drugs Stores in Western Canada are expected to remain open until the end of the day Tuesday.
It’s been more than a week since a cyber attack shut down all 79 stores.
the company said Main services have reopened in 40 stores across the region, but pharmacy customers will not be able to fill new prescriptions.
Customers are urged to call their local pharmacy during regular hours or visit the store in person to obtain assistance.
Canada Post locations within stores are accessible, the insurance services call center is open and optical locations opened Monday.
London Drugs has not provided any details about the cybersecurity incident that led to the closure of all stores in Western Canada.
In a statement, the company said it was “working systematically to ensure that systems at each store are working and ready to provide the full range of services and products we know we need.” Our customers expect that, and we thank everyone for their patience.”

The company said it has seen no evidence that any customer databases, including pharmacy patients and LDExtra members, were compromised.
