Miller, 30, signed a plea agreement In January. The legal document, which was obtained by Deadline, says the charges of theft and petit larceny will be dropped.

As part of the plea agreement, Miller will pay a US$692 fine (about $926 today). He could face up to 90 days into a suspended sentence and one year of probation. The original charges included a possible sentence of up to 25 years.

Miller has not commented publicly on the plea agreement.

In August, the actor, who was at the center of several other criminal cases last year and the subject of multiple charges including assault and grooming, apologized for his erratic behaviour.

“After recently going through a period of severe crisis, I now understand that I struggle with complex mental health issues and have begun treatment,” Miller said in a statement.

“I want to apologize to everyone that I have caused concern and distress with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to return to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.

Miller was arrested several times in Hawaii last year. they got guilty of disorderly conduct and paid a US$500 fine after he hurled obscenities at bar patrons, grabbed a karaoke microphone from a woman’s hand and threw it at another man playing darts.

Miller was separately charged with throwing a chair at a woman during a private gathering in Pahoa, Hawaii.
