Amisha of Bhiwani village has topped the Haryana Board’s class X examination

Ameesha, from Manadhan village of Tosham sub-division of Bhiwani district, scored 499 out of 500 to top the Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) matriculation examination in the state.

Overall 73.18% students have been declared successful. Girls again performed better than boys as 76.26 per cent of them passed the matriculation examination. The success rate of boys is 70.56 percent.

Among the toppers, three girls secured the second position with 497 marks, while six students, including four girls and one boy, were jointly ranked third in the state.

Dr Jagbir Singh, President, BSEH, Bhiwani informed today that 3,26,487 students had appeared in the matriculation examination, out of which 2,38,932 passed and 19,679 students have to re-appear in any paper.

Among the students, 1,76,168 were boys, of which 1,24,303 passed and 1,50,319 were girls, of whom 1,14,629 were declared successful, Dr Singh said.

Dr. Singh further informed that the pass percentage of government schools was 63.54 while that of private schools was 88.21. Dr Singh said, “Students from rural areas have shown better results with a success percentage of 74.06, while 71.35 percent students from urban areas have cleared the exam.”

The Speaker said that the result of private (distance mode) candidates was 92.96 percent. The Speaker said that 1,903 candidates appeared in the examination, of which 1,769 passed.

Meanwhile, residents of village Mandhan have applauded the success of topper Ameesha. His father Ved Prakash works as a conductor in the Haryana Roadways Department, while his mother Sunita is a homemaker.

Ameesha’s mother Sunita said that she is proud of her daughter, who has earned the name of her village. Ameesha is a student of Isharwal Public School in the nearby Isharwal village. Giving credit of her success to her teachers and parents, Ameesha said that she wants to become an engineer. He said that apart from disciplined study throughout the year, the guidance and support of the teachers helped him to perform well in the examination. Ameesha said, “I studied for five to six hours a day and used mobile phone only for study related activities. I never felt the need to take tuitions. My teachers were always available to help with my studies. “

three students ndash; Sunaina from Bhandwa village in Charkhi Dadri district, Khushi from Uchana Mandi town of Jind district and Manju from Sismore village in Kaithal district; Got second place in the exam.

The third place was shared by Suhani of Halalpur village of Sonipat, Reena of Bithmara village of Hisar district, Himanshi of Shivnagar locality of Hisar town, Himani of Mandhana village of Bhiwani district and Luv Kush (boy) of Madanheri village of Hisar district.
