Waterloo Regional Police have released a video of a man they are seeking to speak with in connection with an intentional fire in Woolwich, Ontario.
The video shows a man carrying a cardboard box with a fire burning inside, then turning it upside down before walking away.
The fire continues to grow for about 30 seconds before the man returns and extinguishes it.
According to police, a man entered an office building on Arthur Street South at around 2:35 am on Sunday.
Police have no information about any casualty due to the fire.
