Two spectators were injured when a drone, which was part of the tableau of Madhya Pradesh’s agriculture department, fell down at a stadium in Jabalpur on Wednesday at the Republic Day celebrations.
A police officer said that both of them had come to Jabalpur to perform tribal dance in a program, when the incident happened at Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla Stadium.
Indu Kunjam (38) and Gangotri Kunjam (18) suffered head injuries when a drone fell during the Republic Day celebrations. He is undergoing treatment at a hospital,” Additional Superintendent of Police Rohit Kashwani told reporters.
He said that both the injured tribals had come to Jabalpur from Dindori district.
He said the drone dropped on both was part of the tableau of the state agriculture department.
He said that further action would be taken based on the report of the Agriculture Department. ,
