The Salt Spring Island RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in finding 39-year-old Jimmy Pischke.

Police said Pieske pleaded guilty to his charges but had recently failed to appear in court.

An arrest warrant has been issued against Pishke.

BC RCMP staff said, “Pieske was last seen on the evening of February 10, 2023 in Salt Spring Island, BC and his current whereabouts are unknown.”

“He has also been known to use the aliases, James or Jimmy LeDuc.”

The suspect is described by police as approximately five feet eleven inches tall, approximately 166 pounds, with hazel or greenish-blue eyes and brown hair.

Members of the public are advised not to approach Pieske if they see him, but to call 911 immediately.

Anyone with possible information is asked to contact the Salt Spring Island RCMP at 250-537-5555.
