One person died in a collision in bracebridgeOnt., police say.
Ontario Provincial Police Said officers received a report of a two-vehicle commission in the Vinhara Road and Ecclestone Drive area around 1:40 p.m. Monday.
According to police, one person was taken to the hospital. Officials said efforts to save his life were unsuccessful.
The deceased has been identified as Lawrence Tomblin, 77, of Gravenhurst, Ont.
The road was closed while officers investigated.
“More details will be released as they become available,” police said in a news release.
