“He then bent down to look at my phone, following security protocol, standing in front of me,” Richardson said in a statement. Instagram story tagging American Airlines, “She asked to see that my phones were in airplane mode at this point. She demanded that I show it. Which I did in front of her.”
After that, Richardson recorded a video of herself saying that she was “not working today” and was “on vacation”.
Richardson then turned on the phone camera, which captured the attendant walking backwards.
