Microsoft agrees to make it easier for Activision employees to unionize

Microsoft has entered into an agreement with the US communications staff to allow employees to stay here Activision Blizzard unionize more easily, a move that could help clear the way for the software giant’s acquisition of the videogame company and differentiate it from other tech companies facing unionization.
