Mexico returns 8 bodies to families of migrants killed in truck found in Texas – National | Globalnews.ca

A Mexican Air Force plane landed at a nearby airport Mexico City on Wednesday, 53. with eight bodies of migrants who were found dead in a truck Texas last month.

Expatriates from Honduras and Guatemala were also among those killed in the deadliest known smuggling attempt in the United States.

In 2017, 10 people died after being trapped inside a parked truck at a San Antonio Walmart. In 2003, the bodies of 19 migrants were found in a truck in the southeast of the city.
