LSU’s Olivia Dunne shuts down fan after weird comment: ‘I’m not your mommy’

lsu gymnasts Olivia Dunne This year has been a fight on all fronts as she has had to recover from a leg injury while facing overzealous fans leaving lewd comments on her TikTok.

The latter happened again earlier this week as Dunn needed to throw some cold water on a thirsty fan who responded to one of her videos with the comment “mummy,” accompanied by a heart emoji.

“No, I’m not going to crush your skull with my thighs. Besides, I’m not your mother,” Dunne replied before deleting the response video entirely.

Dunn, an all-around gymnast from New Jersey, has amassed over 7.1 million followers on TikTok and is among the top athletes with the most lucrative name, image and likeness deals. She’s also had to deal with rabid fans throughout the season, with some even freaking out upon meeting her.

LSU beefed up additional security after reports of incidents surfaced following a Tigers match. Dunn also had to drive away the critics of her social media postings.

“Sometimes there are people who reach out and that’s a little worrying,” he said on the “Today” show in January. “As a woman, you are not responsible for how a man views you and objectifies you. It is not a woman’s responsibility.”

Dunn did not compete in Friday’s matchup against No. 2 Florida. No. 8 Tigers She scored 198.100 points in the win, her highest score of the season.

LSU coach Jay Clark said via the school’s website, “We needed this. We are improving week by week and the one thing that was missing was a win. To get a win like that was special.” “They did such a good job. Our message all week was just put the pressure on them and see what happens, and we performed at a high level tonight and we’re ready to go again next week at Alabama.”
