Krishna Janmashtami 2022: The country is gearing up to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna on 18th August. Krishna Janmashtami falls on the Ashtami date of the Krishna Paksha month in Bhadrapada. Also known as Gokul Janmashtami, this festival is celebrated as a grand celebration all over the country. A day after Krishna Janmashtami, devotees organize Dahi Handi. Bollywood has contributed immensely to the fervor of the festival.

Woh Kisna Hai in the film Kisna: The Warrior Poet starring Vivek Oberoi and Isha Sharvani. The song is sung by Sukhwinder Singh, SP Shailja and Ayesha Darbar and beautifully written by Javed Akhtar and sung by Ismail Darbar.
