Jacinda Ardern ‘didn’t do too bad a job’ as NZ PM

Former Queenstown mayor Jim Boult says he is not surprised that outgoing New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern “didn’t do too badly” in the role. “There are some things that his government brought on itself … but equally White Island, the Christchurch massacre and COVID – there are much harder things to deal with,” he told commentator Steve Price. “I’m not surprised she’s calling it a day.”
