Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, recently, shared a scrumptious salad recipe which is not only interesting but also extremely healthy and delicious.

“Today, I am going to enjoy this salad with all the fresh vegetables in a jar and a tangy dressing! Will you try it?” he captioned the post. Take a look.

You can make a salad in a jar with this simple recipe, as shared by the chef.

Component

*Assorted Lettuce Leaves (Lolo Rosso Lettuce Leaves and Arugula Leaves) as needed
*cherry tomatoes, halved 16-18
*Cucumber, chopped as needed
*Baby carrots, broken 20-24
*Pine nuts (Chilgoza) 4 tbsp
* Walnuts, broken 4 tbsp
*Thin pieces of red radish 28-32
*dressing
* Dijon mustard paste 1 tbsp
*Honey 3 tbsp
*juice of 1 lemon
*salt to taste
*Grounded black pepper to taste
*Olive oil 4 tbsp

Method

Phase 1: To prepare the dressing, combine the Dijon mustard paste, honey, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper and olive oil in a small jar and stir well.

Phase 2: Add 1-2 Lolo Rosso lettuce and 1-2 arugula leaves to each jar and top with some dressing. 8-9 cherry tomato halves, some dressing, 1-2 Lolo Rosso and 1-2 arugula leaves, some cucumber slices, some dressing, 5-6 crumbled carrots, some dressing, 1/2 Tbsp pinnuts, 1/2 tsp. 2 tbsp walnuts, 1- add. 2 lolo rosehip leaves and 1-2 arugula leaves, radish slices, Tbsp pinnuts and Tbsp walnuts and some more dressing. Close the jar with a lid and serve.
