Chicago police: 2 kittens missing after blue carrier thrown in O’Hare trash can

CHICAGO (WLS) – Two kittens are missing after being taken to a blue carrier and thrown in a garbage can at O’Hare Airport, Chicago police said.

Police said the kitten’s owner was in O’Hare on December 6 and was taken away while he was waiting for a flight.

Police said the person who took the kittens dumped the carrier and the kittens in a garbage can.

Two men found the blue carrier in the trash and rescued the kitten. Detectives released surveillance images of the couple who rescued the kittens and left O’Hare with them.

The kittens are named Perceive and Nivea. Anyone with information is asked to contact Area 5 Property Crime at 312-746-7394.
