according to New York Post, Davis was arrested in 2020 for domestic violence after he was caught on video choking the mother of his child at a charity basketball game. The case was dropped on December 13 after nearly three years.
ESPN also reported That Davis is due to appear in court in February in an unrelated hit-and-run case where he faces 14 charges.
