Ben & Jerry’s to Take On Owner in Court Hearing Over Israeli Business

A request by Ben & Jerry’s to block parent company Unilever sale of the ice-cream brand’s Israeli business is set to be heard by a New York court Monday in what lawyers say is a first-of-its-kind case.
