According to Ayurveda, healthy food to consume during fasting

Fasting means intentionally stopping eating, either completely or sporadically, for a specific period of time. It usually lasts for 12 to 24 hours and there are many types, such as intermittent fasting, water fast, fruit fast etc.

“Fasting does wonders for your physical and mental health. It helps you with many health disorders from PCOS, obesity, high cholesterol, liver disorders etc.,” she captioned the post.

Sharing his personal experiences during the fast, Dr Bhavsar mentioned that he was relieved on an “emotional and spiritual level”.
