Yemeni leader calls on EU to provide economic and development help

AL-MUKALLA: Rashad al-Alimi, chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, on Wednesday urged the European Union to intensify and increase its aid to Yemen. They called for financial support for developmental and economic projects, in addition to existing aid for efforts to ease Yemen’s worsening humanitarian crisis.
