In Hassan district of Karnataka, a man slit his wife’s throat in the family court itself. Both went here for counseling after filing a divorce case. After the attack on his wife, the man tried to run away, but passersby caught him and handed him over to the police. The woman was taken to the hospital where she died during treatment.

Both went to court to save 7 years of marriage
Minutes before the incident, the couple agreed to reunite to put an end to their differences and save their seven-year marriage. One hour counseling took place at Holenarsipura Family Court in Hassan district. After this when Chaitra came out. Shivakumar then followed her to the washroom and slit her throat with an ax, causing her to shed a lot of blood.

How did the police go to the court while investigating with the weapon?
Chaitra was taken to the hospital in an injured condition where he was put on ventilator. He died during treatment as he was bleeding profusely due to a deep wound in his throat. When Shivakumar tried to run away after committing the crime, passers-by caught him. A murder case has been filed against Shivakumar.
