Watch: The Great Khali lifts world’s shortest woman Jyoti Amge, netizens react

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fame Dalip Singh Rana aka The Great Khali recently met Jyoti Amge, the world’s shortest woman. Khali shared a playful video on Instagram in which he was seen lifting Amge, highlighting the difference in their body sizes.

In the now-viral video, Khali can be seen lifting Amge with just one hand and Amge, struggling to stop giggling. Sharing the video, the wrestling champion wrote, “This video make her The Great Khali Dhaba.”

Posted on May 18, the video has already amassed over 10.6 million views, sparking mixed reactions from viewers. Some users found the video amusing, while others called it ‘cringe.’ One user questioned, “She’s a grown woman, is it okay to hold her like that?” Another commented, “So cute.”

A third user joked, “Her first flight,” while another simply wrote, “Cringe.”

Born on December 6, 1993, Jyoti Amge is 62.8 centimetres tall, and holds a Guinness World Record for the shortest living woman in the world. Despite suffering from achondroplasia, Amge has travelled to many countries. She appeared in Salman Khan’s reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ in 2012 as a guest. In August 2014, she became a part of the fourth season of “American Horror Story: Freak Show”.

Amge also featured in the 2009 documentary titled Body Shock: Two Foot Tall Teen and co-hosted an Italian show Lo Show dei record in 2012 on Canale 5, an Italian television channel. Besides, the Celebrity Wax Museum in Lonavala has her wax statue.
