Two men in their 20s die in a car accident near Pont-Landry, NB
Police said in a release on Saturday that the one-vehicle accident happened just after 3 a.m. near George Road.
“The driver lost control of the vehicle and overturned several times,” police said.

A 21-year-old woman from Trakadi died on the spot, while a 27-year-old man was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Route 160 was closed for about four hours while crews remained at the scene, police said, but it was later reopened.
The accident is under investigation, it said.
