Todd Chrisley said it had been a “whirlwind”.

“We wanted to come today and let everyone know that this is a very sad, heartbreaking time for our family,” he said. “But we are still steadfast in our faith and we trust that God will do what he does best because God is a miracle worker and that is what we are holding onto.”
“We are alive and kicking and appreciate all the support we have received from everyone,” said Julie Chrisley.
The “Chrisley Knows Best” star and her accountant, Peter Tarantino, were also convicted of several tax offenses, and Julie Chrisley was found guilty of obstruction of justice and wire fraud.
Todd Chrisley said he has received gifts and messages from fans and has even had to leave food and drive hours for people to get flowers at his front door.
“The love that has spread in this country so far is helping us truly rise every day,” he said.
