Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of this project 30 months ago.

The picture is of Baba Vishwanath Corridor. 80 percent of the work of this project being built at a cost of 800 crores has been completed. Chief Executive Officer of Shrikashi Vishwanath Temple, Dr. Sunil Verma says that the corridor has taken shape. Only beautification work is left, which will be completed by November 30 this year. For this, work is being done expeditiously by employing 2200 workers.

From carved Makrana marble to seven types of stones, the corridor is being given a grand look. The entire corridor is being built on 5,27,730 square feet of land. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of this project 30 months ago. For this 314 buildings have been acquired. Its work did not stop even during the Corona period.

The complex has four entrances whose height is 34-34 feet.  All are made of wood.

Two lakh devotees will be able to come in the corridor at a time
After construction, 2 lakh devotees will be able to come in this huge corridor. Earlier, even 5 thousand square feet of land was hardly available. After the work is completed, visitors will be able to stand on the terrace on the exterior of the corridor and enjoy the views of Manikarnika and Lalita Ghat along with the river Ganga.
