Teenager who shot Germantown was present during last month’s deadly attack on 73-year-old: police

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police say a 13 year old girl killed in face He is one of the youths who lynched a 73-year-old man to death last month in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

The shooting took place in the 5800 block of Osseola Street just after 6.30 pm, police said, adding that the girl was shot in the ear. After this the bullet entered his jaw.

Police said he was taken to Einstein Medical Center in a stable condition.

On Saturday, police confirmed that she was present when James Lambert, affectionately known as “Simi,” was present. On June 24, a group of seven youths attacked.

Police said the suspects hit Lambert several times with objects, causing him to fall to the ground.

In the surveillance video released by the police, the suspects can be seen attacking the victim with a traffic cone.

Police said Lambert suffered head injuries and later died.

Lambert, 13, has not been charged in the assault, and police have found no link between the fatal attack and the shooting.

No one has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
