Teen charged with murder of young man at Norway house – Winnipeg | Globalnews.ca

Two teenage boys have been booked for stabbing a man to death at Norway House Cree Nation.

Police say the victim, an 18-year-old from Norway House, was stabbed to death during an altercation with several suspects at around 11:45 pm on July 14.

The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.

On Thursday the RCMP announced that two boys, aged 16 and 17, were arrested from Norway House and charged with second-degree murder on 18 July.

The RCMP says that the accused are in custody and both appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday.
