NHL fans watching Game 6 Stanley Cup Final Wondering where the penalty call was on Pat Maroon after a goal between the Colorado Avalanche and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
As Arturi Lehkonen topped the Avalanche 2–1 in the second period, Maroon was disappointed that the penalty was not called. Colorado Defenseman Josh Manson, Maroon then took his issues out on Manson with a forceful slash that broke his stick.

The officials continued the game without any penalty on Maroon and this upset those who had joined the game.
Colorado took a one-goal lead after Lehkonen’s eighth place postseason. This came with assistance from Manson and Nathan McKinnon and gave Avalanche some hope of closing the series on the road.

McKinnon leveled 1:54 in the second period with assists from Gabriel Landeskog and Bo Byram. It was McKinnon’s 13th season of the season.
Steven Stamkos came on board first with a goal from 3:48 in the Tampa Bay game. Stamkos scored his 11th goal thanks to a bouncing puck in front of Colorado goaltender Darcy Kumper.
