Sidhu Musewala murder case: Punjab Police teams reach Sonepat in search of two suspects

Punjab Police visited Sonepat to investigate two suspects, who are allegedly linked to the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. After getting information about the suspects, Sonepat Police has also come on alert mode.

Sources said that the Punjab Police has spotted a Bolero vehicle at the Fatehabad petrol pump, which was used by the accused during the murder of Sidhu Musewala.

According to sources, both the accused have been identified as Priyavart alias Fauji of Garhi Sisana village in Kharkhoda and Ankit of Sersa village.

Sources said Punjab Police teams visited their villages on Friday evening to get clues about them.

Police said that Priyavart alias Fauji was a notorious gangster and his name was involved in the murder of gangster Bittu Barona’s father and is also linked to notorious criminal Ramkaran Bayanpur.

Sonipat SP Himanshu Garg said that Punjab Police is probing the matter and Sidhu Musewala had also gone to Sonepat in search of some suspects in the murder. he said

The Punjab Police has not sought any cooperation in this matter so far and Sonepat Police is ready to help if needed.
