Siakam, Barnes return to Raptors against Cavs | Globalnews.ca

TORONTO — The waning Toronto Raptors received a huge boost with the returns of stars Pascal Siakam and Scottie Barnes ahead of their game against Cleveland on Monday night.

Siakam missed 10 games with an adductor muscle strain.

The star forward was playing at the elite level before suffering the injury in a game on November 4 in Dallas.

Raptors head coach Nick Nurse said there would be “some limits” to Siakam’s minutes.

Barnes, the previous season’s Rookie of the Year, missed Toronto’s last two games with a left knee sprain.

The Raptors also made guard Dalano Banton (ankle) and small forward Justin Champagne (back) available for Monday’s game.

Toronto forwards Precious Achiuva (ankle) and Otto Porter Jr., (toe) remain out.
