Sharvari Wagh reveals she once got-crashed at Sonam Kapoor’s Diwali party: ‘There was a list’

Actors Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh, the stars of the recently released film Bunty Aur Babli 2, opened up in a new interview about the real-life cons he’s pulled off. In the film, he plays with two con artists. Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee.

Sharvari said she was gate-crashed once Sonam KapoorDiwali party tagging along with some friends. Playing a round of ‘Never Have I Ever’ with Bollywood Bubble, the actor said, “I did it. I gate-crashed Sonam Kapoor’s Diwali party.

Siddhant startles her and Sharvari said, “I have some friends who were going to the party and I tagged along. I tagged too fast because they have a list of guests at the door. That’s when no one knew me.”

Siddhant Chaturvedi, on the other hand, said that he does not have the guts to do anything like this, and has only crashed the ‘Gali Aur Mohalla’ parties. He laughed and said, “I didn’t have the courage to go to Sonam Kapoor’s party.”

Both the actors also talked about dealing with the break-up. While Sharvari did not give details, Siddhant mentioned that he writes poetry on Instagram to deal with the grief.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 released on Friday. Giving 2.5 stars to the film, Indian ExpressShalini Langer in her review mentioned how director Varun V Sharma doesn’t think Saif-Rani is good enough to replicate the success of the original, so he keeps coming back to Sharvari and Siddhant.
