Shah Rukh Khan son gone Aryan Khan In Arthur Road jail for the first time since the arrest of the 23-year-old in connection with the seizure of drugs on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. The actor reached Mumbai Central Jail around 9 am and left at 9.30 am, the official said. Some reports claim that the brief meeting turned emotionally.
Jail officials checked Shahrukh’s Aadhaar card and other documents before entering the premises. After verification of documents, she was given a token by the jail authorities, after which she was allowed to meet her son, who is lodged in the common cell of the jail as an undertrial.
A jail official said that Shahrukh Khan met his son for about 15 to 20 minutes. Four guards were present with him during the conversation. After the meeting time was over, Shahrukh left the room.
The official said that the actor was allowed to meet his son like any other member of the prisoner’s family as per the jail manual and was not given any special treatment. A large number of media persons and local residents had gathered outside the jail when the actor arrived.
Shahrukh Khan was seen going inside the jail to meet Aryan. Shahrukh has been spotted for the first time after Aryan’s arrest. Aryan is in jail since October 8 in drug bust case. On Wednesday, a special court in Mumbai refused to grant him bail. Aryan’s lawyer will move Bombay High Court today for bail.
