Several police units were called to a “gun incident” in Winnipeg’s Osborne Village neighborhood on Wednesday afternoon.

The camera operator said a rifle and deployed teaser were visible on the front steps of the apartment building.

Several officers were at the scene of what police call a gunfire incident on Gertrude Avenue.

When reached for comment, police would only say that several units were called in what was described as a gunfight around 3 p.m.
