He alleged that he yelled at her, enraged: ‘You f**ked up, you can’t do anything, you can’t love anyone, you f**ked up, you’re crippled.’

The Legally Blonde star alleges that he said: ‘I don’t deserve it, I can do a lot better than you.’

Blair gave further details of the incident in legal documents, claiming that he stuck his fingers in her eyes and mouth, and Carlson responded by covering her face and mouth with her hands.

She alleged that at this point she lost consciousness as she was unable to breathe.

When police officers reached the spot and interviewed the actress, she claimed that her nose started bleeding profusely and she lost consciousness once again.

The report claimed that the paramedics then decided to take Blair to the hospital to evaluate her condition.

Carlson was arrested on a charge of domestic violence with bodily injuries.

Police officers are said to have obtained a five-day restraining order against Carlson after the attack.

The actress then obtained a temporary restraining order through her lawyer.

In response, Carlson filed a petition for his own restraining order against Blair fifteen days after the incident.

In his version of events, Carlson claims that he was at her house when he asked her to sit with him.

Carlson alleges that he became ‘angry and hostile’ when Blair refused to sit with her, claiming that she got in his face and said, ‘Your daughter is lost.’

Blair has a 10-year-old son, Arthur, whom she shares with ex Jason Blick, while Carlson has a 12-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

Blair’s ex claims that he pounced on her and hit her in the eye and attacked with both hands.

They allege that Blair scratched her nose, eyes and cheeks.

He denies attacking her and says that he only reached out to her for rescue.

Carlson claims that his bloody nose is part of a long-term medical problem and provided a text message as evidence.

Reportedly, Carlson’s plea for a restraining order has yet to be accepted.

Blair went public with her autoimmune disease diagnosis in October 2018.

After receiving stem cell treatment in August last year, Blair revealed that she was in remission all this time.

MS patients who are treated for it will go through a period of relapse and remission.

The actress has been battling debilitating symptoms from the disease, including difficulty speaking, and losing the ability to fully use her left leg, resulting in her using a cane to walk.

In her recent documentary about her struggles, Blair spoke about how an MS diagnosis can be ‘isolating’ but determined to get it for her son, Arthur.

‘I was very burnt. If I had any option to stop, to rebalance after being hit so hard with that last flare, it’s absolutely for my son. I have no desire to leave him alone now.’

The Cruel Intentions star also praised the wealth of support she has received from her friends and family.

‘People took great care of me. I never really like life. I do now – weird, huh?’ She left. ‘Just because life is so weird. I was very scared in life. To explore boundaries, time management and energy, suddenly start finding an identity and a security in me. I am having the time of my life.’
