What are the sections of NDPS under which the FIR was registered?
The FIR was registered under sections 25, 27-A and 29 of the NDPS. Section 25 is for punishment for allowing use of premises, etc., for any offence. Section 27-A deals with punishment for financing illegal traffic and harboring criminals, while Section 29 deals with the person who abets the commission of an offence, or is a party to a criminal conspiracy.
