Seahawks’ Geno Smith: Team shouldn’t be ‘getting hyped up’ about playoff berth

Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Geno Smith went from veteran backup to NFL star during the 2022 season, but the end goal for him was clear and the team just wasn’t making the postseason.

Smith said, “I don’t think we should be promoting or acting like it’s our end goal right now because we have another goal in mind.” “Obviously it just starts one game at a time, one game, one practice at a time, staying focused on living in the moment.
